PMS Group Project Construction Management Specialists was born from a desire to improve an already incredible industry.
PMS Group specialist consultancy was founded to create an inclusive environment for likeminded professionals and give them the platform to implement change they see fit within PMS Groups supported industries.
Our Story
With over 20 years experience in civil engineering, project management and construction, William Spence founded PMS Group in 2017. Being well versed in his field William had spent years cultivating relationships with clients, manufacturers and industry specialists across the world. Using this knowledge William decided to form his own company in order to fill what, he felt, were gaps and shortfalls in a fast paced industry. William has worked both domestically and internationally on a variety of projects with varying goals, expectations and fulfilment needs.

Robert Tonner joined the team in 2023, with industry experience as a project lead for a variety of projects across the world. His expertise lies in the realms of technical project management, project panning, carbon neutral consultancy and much more.

Together William and Robert are pushing PMS Group to the forefront of a diverse industry, and together are able to offer clients an exclusive service of conception to completion and post completion occupancy. William and Robert are constantly striving to evolve to match cutting edge technology, and continually setting industry standards.
