Project Management Consultancy

Our project management consultancy services offer a full turnkey service. Our wealth of knowledge in the industry allows us to handle all aspects of your project from detail engineering, design, procurement and construction all the way through to integration and commissioning.

Design Management & Review

The purpose of our Design Management and Review service is do thoroughly evaluate the proposed design to ensure it meets our clients requirements and to safeguard the projects success and as a result manage the organisational success of our clients project. 

QA/QC Implementation
& Management

QA (Quality Assurance) and QC (Quality Control) are processes which work harmoniously and are equally as important in the quality management process. These services are used to ensure the quality of products and services provided by PMS Group to our client and allow control over all elements of production consistency, allowing us to ensure that projects are completed by deadline, within our clients budget and most importantly to their satisfaction.

Commissioning Managment

Our Commissioning Management Service is one of the most pivotal services we offer allowing our commissioning Management team to oversee the commissioning of all our projects. Out CM (Commissioning Management) team are responsible for ensuring that all commissioning work is correctly managed and finished and performed at the highest standard and is also responsible for ensuring all projects are thouroughly tested, inspected, documented and completely compliant. 

HSE

Consultancy

Our HSE Consultancy Service is a professional service that offers expert advice to our clients on health and safety and environmental matters. The duties of an HSE Consultant is to carry out risk assessments, produce and implement safety policies and procedures, streamlining accident investigations, ensuring the site is compliant and take care of environmental care within our clients projects and companies. 

Project Controls

Our Project Control service allows the team at PMS Group to liaise closely with clients to ensure that the project remains on schedule, within budget and finished to the highest standard. This is done through creating a scope of work and estimating costs for this scope of work before ground is broken on the project, constant monitoring of progress and timelines and budgets, analysing and preparing for any risks or challenges that may arise, being adaptive and able to adjust parameters to allow the project to remain on track and finally working closely with our clients to ensure they're up to date on all aspects of work throughout the project.

Our Contract Management service allows us to take over management of all legally binding contracts and obligations pertaining to all parties involved in your project. It allows us to manage deadlines, resources and terms and conditions of contracts to ensure good working relationships with our contractors and clients and ensure client satisfaction is at the top of our list. 

IT Project
Management

IT Project Management is the organisation of our clients specific IT goals. Our service oversees any software development projects, the installation of hardware, any network or cloud upgrades and managing data and helping our clients rollout their required IT Services. Our IT Project Manager understands the importance of Information Technology and can work within all parameters in order to deliver a quality service across the variety of industries that the PMS Group work within.
